Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your LootPick account and the data linked to it. LootPick is published by OAK TEK - FZCO and runs as an app for Android and on the web at lootpick.quest. One account works on both.

Delete your account yourself

You do not need to contact us. Choose where you use LootPick:

• Website: open Settings, then Danger zone, then Delete account.
• Mobile app: open Profile, then Delete Account.

In both places you type DELETE and confirm with a one-time code sent to your email. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete your account by email

If you cannot sign in, write to play@lootpick.quest from the email address on the account, with the subject Delete my LootPick account. We respond within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes the following from our application database and from Clerk, our sign-in provider:

• Your Picks (Wishlist) and Loot, including hours and achievement counts
• Your alerts, ratings and reviews, and reports you sent
• Your blocks, email log, profile, Steam link and sign-in

What third parties may keep

Deletion does not automatically remove records held by other companies, which follow their own retention periods:

• RevenueCat and Stripe: customer and transaction records, kept for tax, accounting and fraud purposes
• Brevo: your contact and email event log. You can ask us to delete it
• Hosting and service providers: standard server logs and backups, which clear on their own schedule

Subscriptions

Deleting your account cancels a website subscription, which stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We cannot cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it in that store, or it will keep billing after your account is gone.

Stopping email instead of deleting

To stop product news without deleting your account, use the unsubscribe link in any LootPick email or turn product news off in your notification settings.
